Toynbee Tile on the Parkway
Sadie has spent the week walking between Love Park and the Art Museum along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia as part of her mascot duties with Temple University’s ITSRG. She is helping students in the BITS Program investigate her favorite park landscapes throughout the city. She has a lot of stamina for a 13 pound dog. The route is 3 miles long! It is sunny and hot, so we stop at all the fountains along the way so Sadie can take a quick dip to cool her curls. She encountered a lot of Toynbee Tiles along the way, you can read more about them here.
